How to Share a Concern or Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Expensesross Pest Control wants every homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please say so. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Expensesross Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider you were connected with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
You can still tell us about it. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short of expectations may be removed. Please know that Expensesross Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Maryland.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@expensesross.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted Expensesross Pest Control or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens After You Write
You will get an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then the matter is looked into, which may include contacting the provider. After that, you receive a reply explaining what was found and any steps being taken.
Still Not Happy?
If the response does not settle things, reply and ask for another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
